"** READ TILL THE END PLEASE - Had policy through State Farm for 4 years. They canceled my policy in July without even notifying me. When I called i was told that I have submitted a request for cancellation back in May. I repeated myself 5 times on the phone that I only need to cancel the policy for my parents vehicles, not for my car. And If I submitted a request back in May, why is my policy being cancelled 2 months later?! Plus how can you cancel a policy without even asking if I have a policy through a different insurance agency?? I asked if my policy can be reinstated and I was told by Lindsay that it may take couple of weeks. So should I drive my car without insurance??! I called Progressive and got a policy in less than 15 minutes. About a month ago same person from this office Lindsay, left me a voicemail saying that she can give me a free quote and probably save me some money. I called back, she gave me a quote and when she called me back a week later to finalize the quote she told me “Oh, now it’s says you are not eligible for insurance “. She didn’t even apologize nor show that she cares. Don’t waste your time with this people here.. you will wait for weeks to get an insurance policy.. and you may not even get one.."

"if you want to have money taken from you go with him. we wanted car in storage to save money. recieved email saying it would be done. never happened then the tried to get out of it saying it was against state farm policy. to your response your employee told us we could do it plus our other car was in storage yet you and your employees had no problem with it. so the issue isnt with state farm the issue is with your agency and your employees telling us 1 thing but doing something totally different. and to top it off WE caught the mistake NOT your employees or you."
